If you experience an issue with an activity or are missing credit for a completed activity, please reach out to our support team through a ticket. The best place to send in a ticket is through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger: https://www.swagbucks.com/account/summary?visited=true
*For MyPoints Mobile App, click the top left corner menu, click “See Recent Activities” to navigate to your Activity Ledger.
Once you're on the Activity Ledger Page, click “Visited” to find the activity in question and follow the steps and screenshot below for submitting a ticket.
1) Click Visited
2) Choose Date Range
3) Find Your Activity and click arrow beside activity to reveal dropdown
4) Click the envelope symbol to Contact Customer Support OR...
5) Click "Contact Customer Support" to send ticket for that specific activity
6) If you don't see your activity, you will see "Need Help About A Recent Activity?" at the top of your Activity Ledger and you can submit a ticket there for anything that doesn't appear on your Activity Ledger. You will see helpful guidance in that dropdown about sending in a ticket. When you click "Click Here"...Simply follow the prompts and choose the appropriate category in the dropdown, provide requested details, and submit ticket.

How come the 1- 3 point clicks rarely credit? Can't they be removed from the list when they don't work? Sort of a false hope when you see them!

what is the reason why that i can spend a whole 10 minutes on a 10 minute survey only for them to say I don't qualify? why does it not tell me that very early in the survey before I start answering non-demographic questions? sometimes it feels like a scam, like they got all of my opinions but I don't get any points for it

Yes miss those videos but my question is how can you submit a receipt and submit it correctly and it goes throw and uploads it comes back this offer is not listed?

I sometimes have surveys that will lockup in the middle of taking it. Then when I’m trying restart, it just closes out with no points. Should I report this action to support?

Can we get the receipt thing to accept online order. I do get a "receipt" back from the store but it is a full sheet of paper, not a strip.

Show the actual results from the new top 10 thing you're doing. I wanna know what was actually chosen and not just that I'm in the bottom 10.

My first request is the same as Sherrye Montgomery's: Please bring back the 'Watch' segment on MyPoints. Second, please fix the Easy Points Deals as ALL of the 1 point options come back as: Not Found; The requested URL was not found on this server. Third, the Survey options have been so severely reduced that there are some days that I try all of the available Surveys and can't get accepted into any of them, while so many state that they don't credit immediately. Very frustrating when I'm trying to meet my unfairly high Daily Goal, which I know, from comparing notes with my daughter who is also a (much less active) MyPoints member, are set on a basis of how many points I have been earning on a daily basis and how many times I have met my daily goal recently. On a brighter note, I am glad to have found the MyPoints FB page and I am appreciative of the PointPerk clues and offers that are provided there.

Why can't it be easier to submit a ticket on an activity that doesn't show up as visited under your ledger even though you completed an activity though my points on a website?

All the 1 point offers never pay, and I don’t want to write in for them… is something wrong on your end or mine?

Why does the Everyday Receipts no longer work? Even the little hamster does not do anything. It just sits there.

Why are we continually waking up with less points than we had the night before. Pending points are just dropping off and it isn't always possible to figure out what they are.

Why do some people get more search points than others? Why is it not the same for all?

Peanut Labs has permanently suspended lots of members and they never respond to messages concerning our accounts. Is there any way this can be resolved and access restored? If not, can MyPoimts sever their relationship with them due to their unresponsiveness?

A agree that all surveys that do not offer DQ points should state that. About half the surveys I try do not give the 5 points but also didn't say that. very frustrating.
And while were at it, does anyone proof those surveys? At all? you can hire me to avoid nonsense like

What is the real truth about so many members being banned from doing surveys? As I'm fairly sure you've received countless tickets asking about this however the responses from customer support have been so varied and inconsistent we the members are very confused and feel like we're being intentionally targeted for some reason. Bannings have resulted from numerous scenarios that do not fit any of the customer support responses such as banned when answering the gender question, disqualifying for a survey attempt as well as only clicking the link to enter a survey . There is clearly an issue some where that isn't being addressed properly nor corrected thus making for bad experiences using the My Points site after almost 25 years of being a member the past few years have been very disappointing with the lack of actual real help from customer service regarding matters like this, also why are so many areas of the site not functioning right nearly all the time this is another thing that creates great frustration for us the members trying to interact with the site.

I was wondering if any of the Mypoints team ever tries the surveys that are listed for the members. I have found so many time discrepancies in these surveys. For example; sometimes one will list as being 3 minutes long, then when you click on it, it immediately states 10 minutes, but it actually takes 30 minutes to complete, and then sometimes in our ledger it's listed as being a totally different amount of time. Why does this happen? I am not a slow survey taker, so I can't imagine how long it would take for someone who can't read as quickly as I do. These survey companies should be put to the test by the team before giving them to us, so they can give us an accurate time and make the points worth it.

We survey takers are tired of these two following impediments:
1. Your "quality screener_10-16-20" nonsense that emerged, presumably, 10-16-20, which has plagued survey takers and has also resulted in undue suspensions from surveys due to a glitch that has apparently been programmed into the surveys under that impediment. TIP to survey takers: Do NOT check that bot box and then proceed or risk getting suspended from the surveys even if you did NOTHING wrong! This has happened multiple times to me.
2. We are tired of entering our date of birth each and every time we enter a survey. I will NOT continue to enter my date of birth! (For that matter, I just intentionally misstated my date of birth to force you to suspend me from your surveys, since I cannot even get DQ points any more anyway!
3. Fix your Discover click and earn daily offers and get us paid off rather than wasting our time with your Error Message nonsense! Get your techies, if even competent at all, to fix this!

I have not been able to print coupons for literally years (maybe 5-6?). Every so often I am for help and I follow the responded "directions/guidance" to no avail. I have zero problems with any other programs on my computer. Printing coupons just shut off one day and I could never use it again. I would really like help with this!

Even though we won’t get points for printing coupons will we still get 25 or 50 points for using a coupon?

When questions/issues are posted on the Community Page, why are some members with the same issue told to clear their history/cache and/or try another browser, some are told to send a PM, while others are told to submit a ticket through "visited" in their ledger even though the activity in question doesn't show up there, and quite a few original posts and many follow up replies are never responded to?
