If you experience an issue with an activity or are missing credit for a completed activity, please reach out to our support team through a ticket. The best place to send in a ticket is through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger: https://www.swagbucks.com/account/summary?visited=true
*For MyPoints Mobile App, click the top left corner menu, click “See Recent Activities” to navigate to your Activity Ledger.
Once you're on the Activity Ledger Page, click “Visited” to find the activity in question and follow the steps and screenshot below for submitting a ticket.
1) Click Visited
2) Choose Date Range
3) Find Your Activity and click arrow beside activity to reveal dropdown
4) Click the envelope symbol to Contact Customer Support OR...
5) Click "Contact Customer Support" to send ticket for that specific activity
6) If you don't see your activity, you will see "Need Help About A Recent Activity?" at the top of your Activity Ledger and you can submit a ticket there for anything that doesn't appear on your Activity Ledger. You will see helpful guidance in that dropdown about sending in a ticket. When you click "Click Here"...Simply follow the prompts and choose the appropriate category in the dropdown, provide requested details, and submit ticket.

Why are everyday receipts from anywhere giving only 2 points recently when they had consistently been giving 3 points per receipt?

I think Customer Service does a good job overall. I wish that on Magic Receipts when requesting a review that it allowed for comments to help Customer Service find the item. Stores label things differently on receipts and it might help.

I agree with the person who stated that you take a survey for the full amount of time they say then they ask you demographic questions at the end and disqualify you. They have gotten the data they needed from you and now are getting to use it for "free" because their demographic questions are at the end not the beginning of the survey where they should be. You should have to qualify at the beginning of a survey on general questions, such as age, income, etc not the end of it after you have spent your time answering the whole survey.

Why are point totals in my ledger suddenly showing as negative amounts and not matching the point balance?

Quick question......have Bonus Points emails been discontinued? I haven't received any emails at all from MyPoints in a few weeks. No Bonus Points mails, no Member Benefits emails.....nothing.

I do not understand how to get points for Search at all. I tried several times for the Bingo and the square never changed color showing I got credit for searching things through MyPoints.

I have been banded from surveys for ‘ a long Time’. I submitted numerous tickets. And never got an answer as to why. What can I do

Why do our daily Goal amounts typically go up on the weekend when surveys are almost non-existent?

Will it ever go back to 3 points for a survey receipt and a magic receipt for any purchase from a qualified store? That was nice. It seems we get less points for doing the same things as in the past were worth more points.

when doing the 1 click deals that are usually worth one point, is there a way for it to say that I have already clicked this offer so I don't spend time doing things I have already done that will not receive points anyway?

I've seen 2 answers to questions and I wouldn't call either one very helpful. Gave no incite into what is going on.

I would love to see videos return even if in a limited capacity. I love MyPoints and have been a member for a long time. It has helped me earn gift cards to help with my remodel mostly from videos. Please consider! Thank you.

I wish there would be more generic items to buy as I mostly don't buy the name brand items. And sometimes the receipt doesn't show the name of the item so I don't even try to submit it. For example, I bought body wash and it only showed the UPC numbers so I did not submit it. Would I have been able to get credit if I would have put it in review - do they review UPC numbers to be sure it is the correct item?

Why are survey's pending for over 4 months?
@... Thank you for letting us know. That does seem a bit long, the usual pending time is 4-6 weeks if a survey pends. If you have a survey that has been pending for 4 months, please reach out to our Customer Care team through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger. Lately, it seems that more and more surveys let us complete or nearly complete them, with the survey company receiving all the pertinent answers, then they thank us, but points are not awarded.

This was a colossal failure, which is anyone surprised? No responses, I have about 60 emails even though I've unfollowed at least 5 times, and basically everyone is just complaining and nothing will be changed.

Those 1 point click everyday and earn offers , you open it up and click it the only way I get them is by go to the page after you click the offer scroll down to the end of the page it lista page 1.2,3 you gotta open those to, then go back up to the original opening page again and click it again when it opens for a second time , it takes you to the mypoints page, and gets you that point.

Why do all the 1 point Discover offers redirect to authoritytracker.com and then latestintereststoday.com with only the message
