Is there a way to re-consider receipts that have been denied? I submitted a receipt with BabyBel cheese but it was denied. I could resubmit with the purchased product circled or otherwise highlighted, but this isn't an option at this point.

How and how much are the bonus points for this?  Vague answers from Mypoints helps nobody, all it does is create more confusion

If a ticket is submitted pertaining to something on the Bingo board and credit is given, why is the bingo spot never posted.  Thus.....  Bingo points not earned.

Are you hiring?  I sware I could do a better job at explaining things, giving details, and follow up than what we're experiencing now

Even though I've posted several questions here of a negative nature, I do want MyPoints to know that given the number of members and the complex nature of managing all the traffic on your website, MyPoints really does a wonderful job, and your Customer Care Team are almost always extremely responsive and helpful.

Hi Josh, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We are working with the team to correct the pending points. We are unaware of the points being deducted and would like some more feedback, and we will be reaching out. Thanks :)     In response to this....have you checked the FB posts?  There's at least 2 a day on there complaining about points being deducted after pending points are posted.  Sooooo how are you unaware?

Lately, it seems that more and more surveys let us complete or nearly complete them, with the survey company receiving all the pertinent answers, then they thank us, but points are not awarded.

Peggy, this is why I just intentionally misstated my date of birth on a survey; I did so to force MyPoints to suspend me (which it has done) from its surveys  since I very rarely even get DQ points!  MP refuses to hold survey providers accountable for their actions such as the one you described.  But MP is very quick to hold me accountable as soon as I provide false date of birth!  Imagine that!  I mean, what about survey providers who continue to misstate length of time for surveys?  Why are they NOT held accountable?

@...    What point are you proving by getting purposely suspended?  In what way is that beneficial to you?

I just intentionally misstated my date of birth on a survey because we are tired of having to fill out this same redundant information each and every time we open a survey!

My Points, you are 100% welcome to place me on your survey permanently suspended list because I will not waste any more time just to earn pennies in points for my time of which the value of the surveys does not come close to the value of my time!

Agreed with star, why are you basically bragging about being suspended from surveys?  Especially by doing it on purpose
