Due to recent instances of exploitation of our Customer Service team and courtesy credits, we are implementing a new policy effective immediately. All credits for points issued by our Customer Service team will now pend for a period of 7 days, starting from the date the ticket is resolved, to enable a fraud review process, before being fully processed and reflected in your account.
This decision has been made to ensure the fairness and integrity of our rewards program for all members. By introducing this temporary hold, we aim to mitigate any potential misuse and maintain a level playing field for everyone.
