I took a survey but Points did not post to my account?

In order for Points to post to your account, upon finishing a survey you must redirect back to MyPoints where you will receive a notification on whether you qualified or non-qualified for that study. Sometimes surveys will ask you to click a button in order to redirect back to MyPoints. If you do not do this, our servers will not be able to identify that you finished the survey and award Points to your account.

If you have any issues or concerns about a survey, please contact our Help Center and include any necessary information about the survey. We will investigate the issue and take the appropriate action to resolve it.
