If you completed a GSN Games offer through MyPoints but do not see your Points yet, the most common reason is that the offer is still within its normal awarding window. Here is what to check before reaching out.
First, allow time for your Points
- Most GSN Games offers award Points within 10 business days.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for the Points to post before considering them missing.
Please note: GSN has its own proprietary points system for offers that are not related to MyPoints. Points earned inside GSN's own program are separate from the MyPoints Points you earn through a MyPoints offer.

- You started the offer by clicking through from MyPoints (not directly from GSN or an app store).
- You met all the offer requirements exactly as listed on the offer page.
- The full 30 business day awarding window has passed.
Still missing your Points after 30 business days?
If the full window has passed and you completed the offer through MyPoints, you can request help. To speed up the response:
- State that you are contacting from MyPoints.
